Our shop in Montana:

I would post some pics but am tech challenged. The shop is 40 x 40 with 13' ceilings. 12 x 24 loft and is heated. Shelves, cabinets on 2 walls, lathe, mill,welders,plasma cutter, 2 big steel tables, overhead crane, 5 m/c lifts,tire machine, bullet trap for indoor shooting and a shitload of tools.

 
Most importantly, Ray, your shop has a person in it that knows what the hell he is doing with all those tools.

I would like to think so But every now and then one of those tools really screws the pooch and I have a real mess. You would think that after 50+ years of training the tools would do it right.
