I have seen more snow on NV 431 in June.

me too Ken ...and less snow in January. Ya just never know, changes by the hour. Mt Rose (431) is the closest of the passes and open year 'round, yet still, you just never know. BTW chains were required on Echo summit the next day ...go figure. Squaw Valley, Heavenly and another resort or two plan to keep folks skiing into May this season.

No, that's not a Creston Government building, that's a privately owned $ 400K fixer upper! <_<

LOL, beautiful area, me can see why folks pay a premium to have land out there.
