I bought a Vespa and I love it.

Oh, it was a sausage fest...Vienna Sausage Fest. Hey...How is Don's Vienna Sausage like an Italian Scooter?

They're both small, pretty useless, no one admits to having one, they come in Pastel colors, men laugh when they see one, and Barry can't wait to sit on one.

I am proud of the courage shown in your decision to share your transition with the forum. Society will want you to conform to their established notions of masculinity, but what really matters is that you are comfortable with who you are, and you know your friends are supportive in your decision about transitioning to a new-to-you role.

You're gonna have to translate for the common folks.

I think he's saying it's OK to be a trans-Vesp-ite.

Sorry I logged on to read this. I want those minutes back.
sportsguy, send photos of You and Barry on the Vespa 300! Hey Duane, maybe even you and "Pops" Niehart! JSNS, Team Strange Racing!
Need to be taken to dinner with drinks before any such photography happens.
Pops won't need dinner, just some Tanqueray.
Fred F., add a slice of apple pie to that Gin and Niehart will be yours forever! JSNS, Easy! Kryptonite for "Pops":

We laugh about sportsguy getting his Vespa 300, but if a year from now arrives and I still can't ride my FJR due to my crippled right arm: I might just get a Scooter in order to continue to ride with you Fine FJR Forum Folks! JSNS, Aprilia Scarabeo 500!

More Tuscany, Italy Scooter Tour Photos from Dr. Richard Christensen. Dr. Rich, Thank You!

Well, at least that last picture has Donna on the back, and not your man-candy. However, where did you get that pretty green jacket? The big & tall women's store?

I went to a ride in Hill City, SD, last month and an elderly gentleman showed on on one of the little Vespa 300s. He'd ridden it from Texas to South Dakota

Got a great Vespa 150 story for you, when I returned home from overseas in the Army I joined the Southern California Motorcyclists Association.

I rode 3 Three Flags Clssics in a row with SCMA: 1975, 1976 and 1977. There was a Gentleman who worked at Northrop Aviation as an Engineer who also rode every year in the TFC, his mount was a Vespa 150 with an auxiliary fuel tank. Back then we left from the Orphanage in Tijuana, Mexico with the final destination the Red Lion Inn in Burnaby, British Columbia. He was always at the finish line, like the Tortoise and the Hare!

Here is a photograph of Sir Richard Fairlaner's 1966 Vespa 150:

Thanks for your concern mcatrophy, but I have a standing offer from HotRodZilla, Bugnatr and FJRay that I can ride Pillion behind them any time!
