Living The Dream
I decided last October to join a gym and get my weight under control. I go to the gym 4 times a week, ride my bicycle when I can and watch what I eat (less french frys and more salad). So far I've lost over 60 lbs. My goal is to lose 100 lbs. by this October.as someone that could loose a few pounds, I'd like to know how those of you who did drop 10-40 pounds, how did you do it?
Just yesterday I rode my bicycle to work, 25 miles round trip. I wouldn't have dreamed of doing that 7 months ago!
