I'll have you know that even though my own bike is ugly, Dear Old Dad lets me wash and wax his FJR sometimes and when I do it is prettier than either of yours, so there! Sniff, sniff, you meanies are not gonna make me cry.

Last week it got down to -25oC and now by Wednesday it is going to be +12oC around here. I wish the weather would just make up its mind so I know whether to wax the skis or the FJR.

But you gotta admit - you can't walk into a Dallas Cowboys bar, shout "Go Redskins!!!!", and not expect a little kick back. Heck, your lucky if you walk out with your teeth.

Seriously, we gotta share some miles soon. You do that parade thing for Mardi Gras? My idea of a great Mardi Gras is to get as far away from the crowd as possible.

Well, I have stopped crying now. The ST is not a hippo or a Hondapotamous but it isn't a lightweight either. If it were a girl, I would call it "buxom" but curvy is nice too.

With regards to Mardi Gras: No, I do not do the parade thing. As a single man many years ago, yes. Now, no. Too much B.S. and ignorance for me. I try to avoid it at all costs. Although I do have some vague happy memories of New Orleans many years ago...
