Thanks for all the great advice we got from folks I PM'd.

We got the Tbodies back on, just one more clamp..

1. Remove rear tank mount, allowing airbox movement.

2. Install TB/manifold boots on TB.

3. Lifted airbox up a couple of inches using wood sticks approx 1x8

4. Position TB in hole, push forward and down to mount TB/boot onto intakes.

5. Fully loosen TB/AirBox clamps

6. Start at left, spray 20.24 gallons Silicone on everything that might move.

7. Slowly work one boot at a time, keeping all boots pretty well positioned.

Hopefully it will stay..

Well, we are done for the night.

Got lots of good pix for later, no matter how this turns out..

Went to fill radiator, and like instantly had a LOCA (loss of cooling accident).

Unlike Fukishima, it's one of the hoses that looks like it belongs to part of the hot idle circuit and has to connect to TB bottom.

Fortunately, looks like we can get it installed w/o pulling the TB's off.

Long day.

Tomorrow will tell!

Hi Don,

I missed my flight. Got held up at customs, they wouldn't let me out with all the Vegemite.(Best gasket cement you can get!).

Sounds like you are getting lots of helpful advice. Good on ya Howie and all the other helpers. I have to be honest if I was there all I could do is observe and hope to learn something along the way. Good luck tomorrow.
