I saw a great program on the Speed Channel called "Speed on Two Wheels". It was all about racing dynamics.
They said that the average cruiser rider may lay down about 20 degrees going through a curve...and they feel they've done something.
A good sportbike rider may go down 40-45 degrees, and it will increase the thrill exponentially...that's what makes these bikes a lot of fun.
The racers? 60-65 degrees...YIKES!!!
