Yamaha Champions Riding School, the old Freddie Spencer school, headed up by Nick Ienatsch, has a program called Champ U and it is the best $50 I've spent ever. It is comprised of the instruction for the 2-day track school, but in a video format. You can view it as many times as you want and there are some excellent cornering techniques.
