We made it home, sans shield (bungied on the back) Sprained wrist & ankel but not too bad. Duke's got a short memory, he got excited when i put his ride'n coat on and was ready fer more ride'n! I am pooped!

Glad to hear it. If Duke didn't respond to the riding coat, it would be sad thing. Hope those sprains heal fast.

Sorry I did not see you before you left with the info. Didn't see you at dinner, I had the screw size info you needed. BTW, PM me, someone has donated new screws to your cause! If they want to go public, speak up

Death Valley Drama.

Giant cow encounter. More later.

Made it home just now.

Lots of fun with the FJR gang at Death Valley.

Sorry to hear about Duke's mishap, and his driver too!

Any news of Sacratomato Mike? Last I heard he was wandering the desert with a flat tire.(actually Phil called a tow truck for him)

Rumor was he spent the night in Pahrump, we searched for his campsite on Saturday night but couldn't find it.

Hope he is OK.

That is a great update ...video makes for good fun. Jeeze, beautiful there. Penis envious in Reno.

man o man .....those are some good stories

Closet lesbian, DOT workers, english accents, tweaking bartenders and dressing farm animals in women's clothes.

Dude, wish I was there.
Yeah, Roy wishes you were here too - he's heard you dress up pretty good as a farm animal!
Today's agenda is the engineers tour at Scotties castle, after first having breakfast at Furnace Creek. We're supposed to meet the StovePipe Well Campers but rumor has it they be bailing the opportunity to come out and play :p :

Assuming the rest of the contingent made it back alive from the DOT lesbian infested tweaking saloon, and can wake their ass up early enough, we'll be heading out of early for what will hopefully be another epic day.

!Seize the day!

Close your eyes, click your heels three times and say...' I'm not gay, I'm not gay, I'm not gay'.

Christy and I had a great time seeing the sights and enjoying the roads with all you good folks. Special thanks to Richard for putting together the routes, trying to keep us on track and tolerating us Nor-Cal free-thinkers. Thanks also to the guys shooting video, good ride footage and funny candid stuff. I only had one little butt-pucker moment on some ice going over the pass on Hwy 88 during the cold ride home. I have about 400 shots to go through before posting the pictures so it will be a few days.

Uber and Mrs Uber, it was great to see you two there!

Like you, I'm working on fotos and moovie...

Looking at OM's grimace........

I would either guess he has sat on something sticking up out of that hay bail.............. or

he has just realized his gerbil is trying to escape and the duct tape he used to keep it from

escaping is coming loose........

IMHO....... YMMV.........

Damn, this forum is the best. That DOES look like a gerbil problem that OM is having; expertly diagnosed, sir.

But what's up with Fairlaner? Wondering where the soiled gerbil is going next?

Nice to have met you, Ubers. Hope to meet up again sometime soon and happy to learn the the "pucker moment" did not lead to bigger problems.

Big, big ditto :yahoo: --- Hycle and us shared the same pucker moment on 88, front wheel shimmy then rear wheel step-out !! Fun stuff !

Big thanks to Richard for the excellent organization - and for allowing us NorCal folks to put up with the SoCal crowd :p
