An XL Shuebert C3 does not fit in my '15 side case.

So my contractor friend, Curly Joe [Rich], buys a used 2007 FJR.

He keeps complaining about how hard it is to get the bike up on the center stand. One day when he’s at my house I show him the correct technic.

I just about killed my back. What the hell … Rich hadn’t bother to tell me about the 25 pound sacks of gout in both bags. We know that the bags will handle 25 pounds with no problem.

I know each hardcase will easily carry 12 ice-cold canned beers. (PS: I do NOT drink and ride. I usually drink, act like a fool, then go to sleep.)
Good beer should never be ice cold!!!

Twenty two cans in the starboard side hardcase.

Yes, some are Cokes, but the size is the same; except the PBRs are 16-ounce tall boys. Just now noticed the Cokes are oriented vertically, when placing them horizontally would have left more room. Note the pair of tennis shoes (yes, Adidas tennis shoes) in the lid.

Wondered why the last two wouldn't fit, but it was way too hot and I was way too tired to work the problem. Stashed the leftover two cans in the top box and rode home.

My last 2 long distance trips, 1 8000 miles and the other 6000 miles, I carried 20-30 lbs in each bag with no issues.
