WTF- why in hell did this go to NEPRT?
Ask your peers that have drifted and posted numerous things not related to PR2 Production. It's usually when or around somebody uttering a non-PR2 tire along with PR2 in a post....often followed by another post that has only the non-PR2 tire in it. Dust with sprinkling of allegedly-snarky-but-not-so-much posts and voila! NEPRT bait. I tried trimming a couple of posts initially that were decidedly off-topic, but people just kept posting more. I could start formally warning people, but then the warned often get sand in orifices and I don't get paid enough for the related drama.

I'd suggest some self-policing, public shaming, and/or a virtual pillow party with some oranges or bars of soap.

Yeh, this thread kinda went south. Sorry John but that's how it goes sometimes. Great information to start anyway. So I ordered a set from Jake Wilson for a $1.00 more that Rocky Mountain link. Sheez you can't even get a cheap bear for the difference in price. Not only that I ordered a new hat and T-shirt to boot too. Now all I have to do is wear out the ones I have on before EOM.

Couldn't resist,

Dave

Well John, it does not really seem to matter. I guess going NEPRT is supposed to be shameful, but it is actually a distinction without a difference. Some of the most popular and longest running threads are NEPRT.

Good service from Jake Wilson.

Ordered tires on Sunday at 4:00 pm, email order confirmation received 5 seconds later. Email shipment confirmation received Sunday 6 pm.

Tires on front door step yesterday (3 days later).

I ordered yesterday afternoon, and got a confirmation with an estimated ship date of today. Is that even possible?

I never cared for cheap bears......

You just don't understand Dave's Bostonian speak. You see, those two words are pronounced identically in Boston, and the south shore of Mass where Dave lives is just a stone's throw from there. Beer and bear = bay-ah in Beantown, so why not spell them the same?

"I was drinkin a bay-ah ('gansett, of course) when I saw a dee-ah bein' chased by a bay-ah. That was wicked pess-ah."

Fixed it, LOL

Edit: Us southshorian's are a mixed breed of Bostonians & Rhode Islanders.

Hey I got an idea, let's ask what kind of oil was dumped (dino or synthetic) on Glendora Mountain Road, allegedly by this guy 4SWC981and how well PR2's will get through it...

;)

The PR4 and T30 arrived. The manufacture date was 37/13 and 34/13 respectively. Seems a bit old to me, although not enough to be a problem. I'm wondering what dates some of the rest of you are seeing from Jake./ Rockey Mtn?
