Not necessarily TWN. You are trying to be to literal. It is not that each symbol is a word. It's just that the entire symbol means "decision" but not just in the general way that it does in english but more as said by FJRPierre a decision to do something.

This would be just the sort of thing that would compel me to attend except WFO is right in the middle of family cottage time and there is just no way!!
