My second bike (1st one a Cushman scooter) was this 80cc Yamaha that I saved up for in 1965. Picture was taken when new and fender was out to be chromed . . .

This is a picture similar to the one I owned. We used to pack a cooler with tin Buds, jump on the beach with these things and ride 30 miles to the end of the island. By the time we would stop, the ice in the cooler had worn all the paint off the cans so that they were entirely raw aluminum.....Nothing like the carefree days of youth. If you made the mistake of running them into the water, the floatation in the tires would allow you to swim into shore while pulling it behind you. (Don't ask me how I know  )

This was a long, long, long time ago, but......

The first bike was this.....a S90 Honda that I promptly crashed! (not actual bike)

But soon found the POWER of YAMAHA! Twinjet 100 (not actual bike)

Wellll, I considered that possibility since it is "rumored" that I did that once. Uhm, if you remove or modify the "linked" photo it won't show. But I figured....w/ Radman :uhuh: ...who knew? :unknw:
