We're going to plan our trip down on Friday according to the weather. It looks like Friday will be the best chance for us to experience thunderstorms. The weekend should be really nice overall and there is really no chance of rain for our ride back. Nice to know we aren't going to have a washout weekend. We're really looking forward to the trip.

It was an awesome weekend with awesome friends:

The weather couldn't have been better. We had a great ride in on Friday. We started off the day on the Highland Scenic Highway.

Then our visit to the New River Gorge:

Thanks for a great weekend and for posting up some pics. We had a good time and would go back in a heartbeat. The weather couldn't have been better. Lisa and I arrived home around 2:30pm after a stop for lunch. We hope to do it again sometime.
