I just ordered the staintunes, and put in a request to my local dealer for the PC-V/Autotune combo.

Sweet! I love staintune pipes. They are beautiful and sound good (not loud)

I'll be ordering the suspension kit soon, along with the rest of the farkles.

Updated list:

Set of Clearwater "krista" LED Driving Lights. mirror mounted ala garauld
For the difference in cost, I'd look at some of the other LED lights available. Clearwater is very proud of their products, if you catch my drift.

Hyperlites for the rear
Consider spending roughly the same for the Whelen 3rd brake light and flasher module. Much more conspicuous than Hyperlights at around the same price.

PIAA slimline horns
Heat-troller
Electric jacket liner

Staintune cans

fenda extenda

Power Commander V, with auto tune

Suspension upgrade, - Traxxion

Cruise control

Corbin smuggler

Luggage rack

RAM ball mount to fit that convenient threaded hole near the clutch, to hold a GPS, (or something. Haven't decided..)

veskimo cooling system

Already installed: Cox rad guard, T-Rex sliders, Corbin saddle

Looks like a good list. Someday I'll have to sit down and make a list of all the stuff I have put onto my FJR. Maybe I'll just wait untlk the day I sell it. Yeah right... like that day will ever come.

Thanks, I'll check out the Whelen kit.

Do you have any specific recommended (quality) alternatives to the Clearwater Kristas?

Here's a link to the Whelen 3rd brake light mod. It is not really a kit, so hopefully you are up for doing some light wiring? As you'll see, this isn't my baby, I just jumped in on it later on and am now a big fan.

As for alternate LED lights, forum member Alex (aka Real Time Industries) did have several models of Asian manufactured LED lights listed on his website, but it appears there is only one 1800 lumen model available now.

Also, ADVMOnster offers a few different models of varying light intensities and configurations.

And then there are the MondoMoto lights here

The key for any of these is to NOT mount them on the lower fork leg as the vibration will kill them sooner or later. Sounds like you've already decided to put them up high, which any of these should be good for.

red hyperlites that blink with brake are mandatory in my world...With them properly functioning, I don't know anyone sitting at a stop with brake on who got rear ended...two 16 led units on the sides of the license plate do the job

<as you can see, I love Christmas>

Power Commander and Autotune have arrived. The dealer forgot to order a switch, so I'll either order one separately, or see if I can find something local.

Any tips on installation greatly appreciated

So, the software for PC V is windoze only. I happen to not own a windoze PC. I managed to get it working using Oracle's Virtualbox on my mbp, but I think Dynojet dropped the ball on this one. I don't expect them to have a linux port, but there's a fair number of mac users around

I was pretty sure they had a MAC version?

I checked the download area on the website, and didn't see anything other than PC stuff. A quick google strongly suggests there ain't no such animal as a mac version of the Power Commander software.

Did you say Staintunes? You gonna love em.

I bought mine gently used from Skooter G last year. LUV EM.

By the way that's a genuine Michelin Pilot Exalto yer lookin' at. Best farkle on the planet (my humble opinion). 21k on it and still going strong.

If ya live anywhere near a marine supply store, they've got great prices on switches.
