Ya'll are dawgs for scheduling this when I can't attend..

I mean, what are you going to do for entertainment? :p

Seriously thinking of investing in Murph's CCS100 Cruise Control kit, a bit nervous about the install. I realize it is too big a task to do at the Tech Meet, however I am hoping someone will be there that has done it before to give some pointers for a future install. I've seen the install instructions on the forum and it don't look too bad. However I am sure there are some gotchas.

Maybe a Cruise Control install meet sometime in the future if there is enough interest?
I've got one on my 07 and will be there. We can pull panels/tank and check it out.
Thanks Harald. Looking forward to seeing how easy the CC install will be.

I have some things I could use parting with, let me know if you want to play "let's make a deal" with any of these items at the tech meet:

1) Tour Pro Triple Clamp with two ram mount balls installed in it

2) Stock seats

3) Stock shield

4) Rear shock, original with 12000 miles on it (these last from 15K to 25K, depending)

5) Stock triple clamp (can't imagine anyone needed it)

6) Aftermarket (cheap) FZ1 mirrors, I haven't used them

7) Carbtune Pro

BReamer, I'm interested in #'s 1 & 7. Bring then along next week, and let's do some horse trading.

Anyone interested in a GenII CB flip +2, +2 clear shield? Is in perfect shape and comes with the gasket. Three way trades? ;)

Well it looks like we are going to miss Tech day, it's time to get the bike out on a ride !.

It was a tough decision, but seeing all these great ride reports from PNWer's and others, has given us inspiration to see new destinations. Heck even the pieman and co went international. :scooter:

So enjoy yourselves, get lots of work done :chatty:

Looking forward to seeing the pictures of the day.

I hear you, OM, I hear you.

But you can see a prince and princess pretty much anytime. A red FJR? You might as well be seeking unicorns or an Irish virgin.
