C'mon folks, we're not all talk are we? That number should be near $600 when the people that said they were in send funds. As for those on the fence, give up a latte or pack of cigs to help out a fellow FJR rider in need. I know times are hard, but that's sort of the point here. Even when things are tight, if we can help each other out, life will be better for us all.
Few, if any, of us would ask for something like this. Call it being proud or just feeling like we should handle our own problems. Thing is, this is happening in spite of that. The general desire to see someone back on the road enjoying as much of life as they can in these crappy times should prevail. Howie didn't ask, but we're gonna give anyway.
