Best wishes for a fast and complete recovery!

I went head-first into a steel post with my helmet on. I was out a bit as well, but it was diagnosed as a minor concussion. I hope that's all it is for Ron.

Best Regards,

another Ron

I was told he was out for a good 5 minutes after the crash. He told paramedics the last thing he remembered was being at the lake. He didn't remember riding today.
Lets hope that Ron is doing well right now in the care of the hospital staff. Hopefully he is there for observation purposes and nothing else. Take it easy Ron and get well soon.

Just remember that there's easier ways to get out of a weekends' riding. ;)

+1 on prayers. This isn't good news. Heal quickly, Ron.

Okay everybody, repeat after me:

I will slow down 10%.

I will slow down 10%.

I will slow down 10%

I will slow down 10%.

I will slow down 10%.

Puh-leeze, oh purdy puh-leeze. Let's stop the madness and finish the ride.

That is my mantra, and likely why I'm reading and posting this on earth rather than the ethereal plane. I get crap about my 1" chicken strips from frequent fallers all the time. But back on topic-here's to a full and speedy recovery Ron, sorry to hear of the crunch, but hopefully the only permanent wound will be to your ego, easily repaired in the years to come.

Too much of this goin on. +1 what Mike said and praying a hedge of guardian angels around Ron...get well my friend. PM. <><

Well, We got to Russellville about 2 hours ago... I talked with Rons wife about 30 minutes ago and he's getting better. He has a broken Clavicle (sp?) collerbone type fracture.

Heres allof the bikes on the ferry crossing into Arkansas from Missouri

Ouch that bike looks in a bad way. Sounds like Ron is on the mend as well. :clapping:

An 07 FJR or possibly the upcoming GTR never looked so good , eh?

Thanks for the update Adam.

Whew! That is great news. A person can fall out of bed and break a clavicle. Continuing the prayers and best wishes . . . :)
