He also states that the stock seat is (as he said in the mag) The wide, flat seat is comfortable (is he smoking something funny) as the stocker on my 07 just plain sucks. (going to try some custom beads to help out)

I read this article tonight and i have to agree , i am not interested at all in the AE model. Now if yamaha would put a speed shift on like BMW did on the k1300s. I would think about buying that, well if it would fit my bike anyway.

Nice job on the beads. If you want a russell, consider checking the details of the group buy currently going on. Usually you have a set time frame to send your seat in, and it's several months. Might put your name in now, then see how things shape up down the road. Worst case, you can't send your seat in, but you're not out any cash either.

Thanks ! but i`d hate to commit to anything if i know there won`t be money there ,unless my company still gives out end of year bonus , but i doubt it as there laying off 1,500 more world wide & thats 3,500 total so far :angry: (thank `s to our new hydrogen gas delivery`s were safe for now)

Get a pair of bicycle shorts with a gel pad built into them. $42 at Sports Authority. Works like a champ!! :fans:
