Glad things are improving but as TWN says no sneezing, coughing and certainly no barfing. Hang in there scab, were still thinking about you and sending you well wishes from OK.

Glenn

Talked to Scab this afternoon.....he's still really dozy from the drug intake :dribble: .....told him the forum was going to have a pole on Scab giving his wife (BB) Mrs. Scab the FJR & making him the permanent passenger to alleviate any further crashing  .....he sorta agreed (I think it was the drugs), & his wife thought it was an excellent idea :yahoo: .....any other ideas?....

Now that he's doing somewhat better, I can tell this one.

He was reported to have offered to "feel up" every woman within reach of his bedside, including MOM! Eeeeeeewwwwwww!

So I think the Feej should go to BB and Scab should restrict himself to a Harley, at least until those drugs wear off!

:)

Can you find out what drugs he's on, at my age I think I'd like them!

Morphine. They go for the top-of-the-list with his injuries. Probably self administered (maximum dosage preset) with a button within his reach. The pain has to be managed so he can get some rest to speed the recovery. As I remember, it was a very mellow, uhm, er, experience.

"Have you ever been mellow....."

"They call me mellow yellow...quite rightly...."

"Wow, man."

Morphene ROCKS when your in the hurts :yahoo: Morphene is proof that god loves us. :dribble:

Scab,

Best wishes on a fast recovery. Deep breathing and walking will make the healing faster and better...

There are lot's of us out here who are "spleenless", who needs it!

As far as the meds are concerned, the best answer when asked about pain 1 to 10, is 11.....!!!

(macho men get tylenol....pain wussies get the good ****)

Whew! This a heck of a :dribble: back from a trip.

I hope your resting easy Scab, and I hope all the 'Pranksters' didn't jar your 'Airbags'

You have all the spare positive Karma I can muster.

I saw Scab this morning and he is doing fine. Mrs. Scab is keeping an eye on him, but I don't know if it is for his or the nurses benefit. They have no date from the doctors on when he can go home. The only thing he remembers is the rear getting loose and he says he will ride again. Get well soon David.

I'm always sorry to hear of a fellow rider going through a hard "get off".

Scab, here's to a fast and full recovery.

Rob

Scab and Scabette (Scabess? Mrs. Scab....Dave and BB), sending prayers, hopes and good juju that you'll be headed home soon. Home will be soooo much more comfortable than the hospital environs. AND, nobody will be there to witness when BB starts to get even for Dave's giving her the scare of her life! :yahoo: (J/K...sheesh!)

So sorry to hear about the unintended get-off and all the injuries. Have been out of the loop as I was on an 11 day ride.

Will pray for your speedy and full recovery and to more riding adventures for you.
