Hey Dennis!!!

Now maybe it's time for this. (written 3 days after the "event")

Motor On!

Now and then, we’re forced to stop

along the road and pause.

...and let the rest continue on,

and be about their cause.

But here I’ll wait, ‘till all is clear

to venture on again.,

down joyful lanes and pleasant runs

beside a new found friend.

Get well, be strong, we’ll ‘motor on’

rejoining with the flow.

Grand times to share, with simple cares

restored and on the go!

Roamer 9-15-09

(that's been my prayer for the past three months and I'm still at it!)

This is great news and glad to be home for Christmas I'm sure. What a great forum with all these folks pulling for ya. Prayers do work. Until we ride again......PM. <>< :yahoo:

Very encouraging news! I can't tell you how many people have been asking me, "How's your friend Dennis doing?" and now I can happily share this really exciting news with them.

Thank you Leslie for keeping us updated. You are also in our prayers as I can only guess how trying these months have been for you.

Hi Dennis & Leslie!

So good to hear Dennis continues to improve. Merry Christmas you two! You know, if that left wrist still bothers you, they make an automatic FJR! (Just kidding  ) Dennis, we continue to pray for your full recovery and look forward to getting together with you my friend!

Scout

Leslie - thanks for the update. Great News! I hope you are able to post now and again.

My warmest wishes to you and Dennis and your entire family (that includes Roamer and Scout by now).

Have a wonderful holiday.

Dont even go there....if you're going to 'what if' this start with what if you hadnt been riding with a friend and what if you hadnt realized he was down and what if you hadnt been there to find him and what if....better yet dont even go there.

Not only were you there when he needed you, you continue to help and support his family. You cant ask for more or better than that. I cant speak for others on the forum but I'd ride w/you anyday.

Best wishes for the family and a speedy recovery
