Oh Crap, I still have a Reuben sammywich in my saddlebag. Wonder if it's still good? Should I mail it to Bust as a present?

Gosh Don! It's hard to know where to begin with you, but here is a start...Having a good time at the BBQ?

It was the best, Ray! Many thanks to you and your family for putting this all together.

Well, Don is the step-child he never could tame.

Ray, just another set of cudos from me and Kat. A wonderful weekend! Sunday, Kat and I followed your directions and found the Lakes Scenic Drive after wandering through the High Desert Museum. Saturday was a great blast of people, food, memories and fun that could not have happened without all the hard work you, Patti, your kids -- and the folks at the restaurant -- put in. Many thanks!

Carver, I'll take that Reuben...

Thanks Ray for everything. Had a great time and saw a lot of people I hadn't seen in years.

Thanks for all the good words. It worked out better than I thought it would. My wife and daughters saved my *** with all their help and Joel at Harvest Depot is still talking to me so all is good.

Joel wants to do it again next year but says he will block off his end of the lot so there won't be any cars driving through and he says he will hire a band. If we wanted to take over the Best Western he will do a catered banquet for cheap. Food for thought.

I am all for round two...I do think we should have a requirement that if you commit to attend, you have to come to the BBQ or Banquet, not like some people did this year. Sleeping though the BBQ is not very sociable. The other idea was... If you hit a deer, you have to bring it to the gathering so we can have venison.... Had a great time.

Ray and family are awesome and I duplicate all the other cudo commenst above.

Ray sets the bar really high for a RTE can't imagine how he can top it, but patiently waiting for his next RTE.
