Sign-up preiod has expired.... looks like a total of 61 Hydration Systems ordered!

Good job, Skyway..... B)

Phew, looks like it's time to get busy. :dribble:

Thanks again to everyone who participated in this GB. ;)

Material has been ordered for the base.

I'm now in the process of checking all of the orders and will let anyone know if I have any questions.

For those who asked for straight bite valve as part of the drink tube kit, take a look at this option I have found and let me know if your interested? I have to verify the barb size to make sure it fits my tube, but I think the articulated fitting will be even easier to use inside a motorcycle helmet.

Comments?

Ian,

I tried this one last year and the barb was a different size than the camel back line. I hope you can get it to work as I thought this was a slick set up.

Mike, do you remember what size tube the barb is designed for?

Ian,

If this new bite valve works, Put me down for it instead of the angled one.

Thanks,

Adam :)

No I wish I did. I was in a hurry prepping for the BL IIII it's all a blur to me now. I ran across those @ EMS and gave it a try. If you can make it work it would be a cool deal.

I can swing by the store tonight and take a measurement if they still have them in stock. LMK

I just called them and they say it's designed for 3/8 I/D tubing, where my system is setup for 1/4".

Let me see if I can find a suitable adapter.

I could add a 3/8 to 1/4 reducing barb fitting next to the bite valve to allow the use of this product?

I don't want to use 3/8 hose all the way back the jug as this will make the routing through the bike a tougher job.

The first 20 bags are sewn (damn, now I may change my own color :dribble: )and I just gave the go-ahead for another 30. For those who have not yet sent me your payment, please try to get it to me by Jan 10th.

Thanks.
