Speaking generally, and being someone who has been in management for 25 years, I find it interesting when statements are made like "Well, this is nothing, every few years a bunch of previously happy people get upset and storm off to greener pastures".
This (at least to me) would certainly be indicative of a serious systemic problem somewhere. Especially if it has happened more than once with some level of predictability.
This is not a women's quilting forum or other form of estrogen car wash, it is mostly older guys hanging talking about mechanical stuff and so on ... Usually with a beer in hand .. Older guys with a beer in hand are generally a happy sort ...

When grown men (who are normally reasonable) cut the cord and then spend time and energy to construct an alternate place, I have to assume that lines of reason have been crossed repeatedly ... Somehow, someway ..
