It was great to meet and ride with a few of the forum member on Sunday. :yahoo: I wish I could have made it on Saturday. :dribble: But family issues got in the way. Let's do it again!

No wrecks....no tickets....no hard feelings.....great weather......I would say that was a pretty awesome weekend!

I had a blast. Always great to meet and ride with FJR pilots and take in some twisties. Nate, we did swing back past the Inn for you Sunday, must have just missed.

I will now attempt to load some pictures. You you don't see them below........I was unsuccessful!

Yep, it don't get much better than THAT!

You know, I used to complain about how few twisties there are and basically bad mouthed the roads in Indiana. I was wrong. Very wrong. The roads that Nate recommended and a couple of the ones that I picked were just fantastic. WOW! Scenic, uncrowded, relatively good condition and well marked. SWEET! And the Overlook was cool, too. Me LIKEY!

Thanks for getting us together for the ride, Rainman! That was one of the best days of riding ever!

When we doing it again? :yahoo:

Wow, this sure sounded like a great time! Sorry I missed this one but I'm glad everyone was safe and had a great time! Do I smell another one brewing in the near future?

Thanks to Rainman and the others who helped with such a great ride.

Thanks quicksilver for letting me hang out behind you. You ride so smooth I was hoping you would keep me out of trouble and you did.

It was fun riding with the gang. Let's do it again.

Side note:

You can tell the FJR riders are the geriatric crowd of sport riders. Someone always had their turn signal on in our group and I include myself in that statement.

When we were at the overlook restaurant, we saw a tow of barges going down river. I mentioned how much they carry, and here is a chart to emphasize that.

They be carrying ALOT of stuff at 3-5 knots.
