Survey: What's under your seat?

So, I was watching some of Bryan's stuff on YouTube (Two Wheel Obsession) and I noticed he has what looks like ziplock bags of stuff under his seat, which I assume is for emergencies, etc. I got my FJR just last fall and just got back from my first big trip using a tank bag for some of things I thought I'd need for that long of a ride, such as sunscreen, tire gauge, lip balm, maps, sunglasses, water bottle, etc. The only thing I have mounted under the seat the Yamaha provided tool kit.

I've seen some folks put farkles such as cruise control module under the seat but I'm thinking emergency gear. What do you have under your seat?

Thanks in advance as I'm trying to learn some tricks from more experienced riders the easy way.

Some basic stuff,

Tool Kit that came with the FJR, plus a few supplemental items.

My Paperwork, Insurance, Registration and other Documents Bagged up.

The reason the paperwork is there might be because I may have been pulled over and NOT had my paperwork cause it was in my sidecase or top case that was hanging in the garage one time.

Since the seat always goes with me, so will the paperwork. All the other places to store them can be left at home on accident.

This is going to be hard to believe, but:

1. Insurance and registration papers

2. $20.00 bill - you will only pull into the gas station WELL into reserve only to realize you forgot your wallet once.

3. Slime air compressor

4. 3 oz can of WD40

5. Accessory circuit fuse block

6. Spare headlight bulb, tail light bulb, and front running/turn signal bulb

7. My imitation rok straps

8. A rag

9. The end of a roll of duct tape (has about 10-12 feet of tape)

10. The stock tool kit for the bike

11. My zip lock bag of goodies, which contains

- zip ties

- wire nuts

- a 3 foot piece of wire

- a few fasteners (nuts, bolts, screws)

- spare fuses for my accessories

- small assortment of misc. stupid stuff that I can't even remember

The tank bag always carries (relative to the topic):

1. A multi-tool and sharp knife (Kobalt)

2. small first aid kit and OTC meds container (Ibuprofin, anti-acid, anti-histamine, anti-dirreaha, etc

3. spare bike key (taped and tucked away)

4. spare top box key

5. adjustable open end wrench

6. small set of allen wrenches

7. small LED flashlight

8. phone charger cord

9. spare 12V cigarette adapter - 2 USB plug

10. micro-cloth

11 spare (older) set of prescription glasses

12 Extra set of camera batteries

13 bottle opener (would ANYONE dispute that the lack of a bottle opener constitutes an emergency?????)

14. few pairs of ear plugs and a couple spare ear bud tip/inserts

Great ideas everyone. For you boyscouts that carry the slime air compressor, won't that blow the fuse on the glove box or do you have a direct connect to the battery? I am considering a tire patch kit with CO2 cartridges instead.

I upgraded my wire for the battery tender to also carry the air compressor load...works well..ff

Trip length determines how many "extras" I carry.
