Who Me?
I'm not sure that I'll have anything of note to work on, but I plan to show up just to hang out, BS, and help where needed. I don't plan to stay as late as I did last year, lol.
Good. Now I don't have to worry about how much gas is in your tank!I'm not sure that I'll have anything of note to work on, but I plan to show up just to hang out, BS, and help where needed. I don't plan to stay as late as I did last year, lol.
Keep it up and I may have to kick you in the shims!Well, La Dee dah!I have a shim kit also, but thanks. We did two valve clearance checks last year and didn't have to change any.Like THAT would be an issue...I'm good with either date. I know that my plans to do a valve check is time hungry. If you'd rather me come @ a different time let me know. Otherwise I'm in. I'm not bringing any cookies tho...
Yeah Marty... don't even think about coming unless you have your high socks & boxer shorts.
I have a shim kit you're welcome to borrow. just replace the ones you use. that way you're not ordering shims you don't need until after your done... That didn't really make sense but you know what I mean..
I got a Shim for ya...
That would be awesome. If I can make it...I might have some aux LED lights to install
Just an FYI, but I do not have the tools for doing bushings.I'm trying to think of something I could do that doesn't involve perching my fuel tank on Bob's stool.
- Re-build forks - I've only done a flush/fill, but never a rebuild...I'm sure the bushings are worn out.
- Replace headlight lens assembly (left lens internally crazed from fuel fume ingestion a couple years ago)...both lenses are a single piece apparently.
- Replace rear shock - Thinking about picking up a Gen III shock (unless I do something in combo with the front forks...ala Traxxion)
- General BS'ing and lazing around, making up stores. This is mighty appealing...
Yea, didn't think you did...plus, I haven't a clue what's required, lol. I'm probably just going to go up there with nothing to do...or something very minor.Just an FYI, but I do not have the tools for doing bushings.I'm trying to think of something I could do that doesn't involve perching my fuel tank on Bob's stool.

Now, that I would like to see!Maybe I'll have my new FYBOB license plate by then...
If they wouldn't cost me $87.00 annually I would consider it. Ohio ain't like VA. when it comes to the vanity plates. Now, that I would like to see!Maybe I'll have my new FYBOB license plate by then...
