There was a picture that floated around last year of a dead deer that the line painters went right over. I believe the picture was from Missouri.

Mike not only in America. I have a friend who works in a federal government building in Halifax. They had the hallways painted and the painters went around any papers taped on the wall. When the paper was removed they saw the painters had even taken the time to edge along the paper rather then jut removing it. So they actually made more work for themselves.
