I am definitely a Phoenix Coyotes fanatic, but I am in agreement with an NHL call that Raffi Torres be suspended indefinitely for his brutal blindside hit on Marian Hossa.

Twas wicked and premeditated, but if Torres is out of work he can be employed as a hit man for the Zacatecas Cartel just over the Border in Hermosillo, Sonora, Mexico!

Raffi "I was just finishing my hit" Torres is a repeat offender so his suspension ought to be significant, especially since he left his feet, and since he shows no remorse.

Of course Bertuzzi is still playing after his cheap shot ended Steve Moore's career in 2004. Heck... even Wayne Maki didn't get a lifetime suspension for cracking Teddy Green's skull wide open with his stick.

I wouldn't mind seeing Torres sit out quite a few. It might sober folks up for the rest of the playoffs.
