 At least you have the talent to do the fabrication work...but it looks like something you might have done down in Tijuana...
Nope... Not south of the boarder, just south of the M/D line. He was from Jorga. Really nice fellow.

He did say to his defence he was not done yet, and it was a work in progress.

Thug, if we had to kill everthing fugly...

well....

Look in the mirror :D

Did ya'll notice he made his own highway peg? Those aren't Terry Rileys

Yah, know... He was headed in the right direction... I mean it has potential, it just needed some style and, well, yeah, style, color, and flair. He just stopped way to short...

But taking that out in public, I hope you dragged him behind a building and beat the hell out of him for defacing an FJR for that.

:glare:

Gentlemen....remember.....one mans dream is another mans nightmare....FJRFenser...you lookin a mirror lately? ..... .....

A couple of things:

Some of you guys are making it sound like this is my bike? Hell no, I'm just the messenger! :)

The other point to make here is the guy told me that when he bought the bike it was wrecked and he has done a lot of work to it. So in my mind that provides a little relief knowing that he didn't deface a perfectly good bike.

Some funny responses here though, this is a crazy place where we reside!!

I remember back to a picture where a IBA member taped up the fairing/frame/gas tank to get rid of the heat...

I would rather have my balls hard broiled than get caught with that in my garage. But then I don't have any need for my balls any more since I have had all the kids my wallet can handle. ;-)

 I remember hearing the saying "beauty is in the eye of the beholder".

I'm glad the man was able to obtain a solution that works for him.

I'm also glad that I'm not riding on that motorcycle. ;)

Yes and they look pretty cool! as for your other comment ....I'm heart broken...

Personnaly do not like it, but that'a a great fiberglass job.

I wonder if that guy could mould a hugger similar to the one of FSD but somerthing that will fit ;)

I think you guys should quit beating around the bush and just share your opinions. It is, to me, shocking what someone will endeavor to do for comforts sake. I think shocking is a good word.

I surprised the Lazyboy loose leather looking seat hasn't got some comments too.

He was a really nice older fellow too... was riding 2-up with his wife... was interested in all of our bikes, especially the various farkles. If you notice, he made his own custom seat, but he wasn't totally pleased with it. He sat on my Rick Mayer, and liked it a lot more.

Nice to see that some of you are holding back on what you really think. :p

The idea is there... just the platform on which it was deliver needs some work.

Is it for me.... I think [/b]NOT

Did ya have a good riding year? Seems like you were everywhere...you and BugR. Damn Canadians with too much money. Send some my way will ya? :p

And to think... I was worried about the foil insulation I added UNDER the tank!

Aaaaa... YUCK!!!

Really nice fiberglass work. Maybe he could do a stretch FJR limo with a swimming pool in the center?

I have a MX buddy with Yamaha Vino scooter. Looks about the same.
