I'm trying to sell my Throttle Miester cruise control / bar ends (Mill Version $157 as sold new) and can't find my OEMs to replace it with. Been parting out my bike getting ready for a new V-Strom.

So if you have an OEM pair, and would consider a TRADE + cash, I'll sell you my Throttle Meister milled bar ends,

For this trade + cash, I'd like to get $95 shipped to the lower 48.

Please note:

1) my original ad got deleted during the recent forum upgrade and

2) you must have the "long stem" core (mine was on a 2007 FJR1300AE) for these to work.

Just to try and prevent any confusion - I think these Throttle Meister (Cruise Control) bar ends only fit 2006-2008 FJRs. But there is one way to be really, really sure: unscrew your OEM stocker bar ends. If you have an inch + rod sticking out, then these fit your bike.

Below are some pictures...again, if your bike looks like this, then what I have fits your bike:

The Trottle Meister system includes/requires the long parts for the inside.

In other words the inserts in the pics of the handlebars above are parts of the Throttle Meister bar end system.

And in order to go back to OEM bar ends you'll need the OEM inserts. The parts on the left are used to pull the OEM inserts.

Petey - I'm getting ready to head out the door for Texas, but I'd like to call you (and will send a PM).

I think this is good news.

But there may also be a difference in the bar end design in 2009 and later models. Just looking at the fiche image below, it does seem that the TM includes the insert you show in your image. Its not in the parts breakdown (below).

Thanks for your message, and I hope we can connect offline...I'd like to get this part off to another FJR owner so it does end up in a dealer's pocket when I go to trade the bike in Spring.
