The wife and I will be making the trip. We will be riding the wing. I'm sure we will see y'all there.......not sure yet if we are getting a room or not?????
Ah! A familiar face!...Well kinda lol. I met you real quick in Tryon, I bought your FJR cover. Y'all should join the convoy if yah can or are you headed up through the country?
Not sure of our departure time (family functions) but, if possible. We will definitely join the convoy!!

Not me, sorry. The boss from Nashville is coming down on Monday, so playing hooky isn't an option. (<--- That's called "making good decisions".)

Well, my good decision was texting the boss last night and telling him I wanted Monday off. I figure if the weather is bad it gives me a lot more time .

BTW - Thanks for getting me all hopped up on doing this!

I'll be looking for you. Figure you'll be easy to ID since your avatar has such good resolution.

And here's mine. Will go active Sunday, 10:30 Eastern. Messages at each pickup, unless I forget!

Hey y'all, my memory isn't as good as it used to be, so help me remember to look up IBR rider Allen Hatcher in Kingsport.
Here's why: https://www.fjrforum.com/forum//index.php/topic/163827-official-2015-iron-butt-rally-trackinganalysis-thread/?p=1242494
Allen would probably appreciate that.

I'm sure he is not as happy on my "hot" running FJR as he was on his K1200.

He looked fried, and it cannot be easy to get back into your happy place after such an incident.

Kingsport forecast for tomorrow: 80/65, 60% chance of rain. See y'all ... at each of the pickup stops.
