Water pump replacement

I think I may have water pump seal going bad.I had a few drops on the grown under the water pump the outher day, and last night I ran the bike till the fan kicked on. I let it cool off over night and saw no signs of leakage but I see green coolent in the weep hole.

My question is whats involved in replacing the water pump seal?
