File this under the "Stress less, ride more" category:

Lemon Pledge.

It is easy to use, reasonably effective/protective, readily available, and CHEAP (like me).

Saves time and money = more of both for riding!

Honestly, that's the first thing I thought of when I saw the thread title. But everyone (well, most of you) was being so helpful....

Besides, I didn't think most folks would have heard of Zoggs. There are about a dozen surf shops within 15 minutes of my house, but they don't carry Lemon Pledge.

Thanks for the smile.

I seldom washed my bike.. let alone waxed it you sissy's!

You should be encased in ice Roger!

I like the aerosol S100 stuff. Cuts bugs and polishes nice. I find i am washing the bike with water very infrequently, but use either S100 or Griot's spray on wax. Bike is always clean, but rarely washed with soap and water.

Its got to be Pledge!

Half the year here we are riding over salt residue, I have always cleaned my bikes with warm soapy water, rinse, rub down with chamois and apply Pledge either direct from can or on cloth - cheap to!

Indeed, wife is sent out to by Supermarket stuff for house and Pledge for bike which is kept in garage with bike and she is under strict instruction not to pinch......!
