Dang it I wanted to try a lobster roll while we were up there. I guess we'll have to make another trip plan.
WHAT?!During our Greens/Whites ride we had a rider experience a shifting problem on the way to dinner, we summoned all of the tech gurus to investigate this problem and at first they were stumped... We've heard about AE shift problems but this was VERY different. After intense discussions we found the problem.... This rider was NOT on an AE but a Canadian prototypethat was code named the M.E. This is what we found...
This is a new RIGHT foot, LEFT shift or LEFT shift ,RIGHT foot or some combination of all the above! It may be the next big thing in Moto GP/touring After some basic re training our rider and FJR were again as one
Thanks to all who once again got to th BOTTOM of another FJR problem
Fred - thanks but I ate all the fries  so I didn't need the extra breadMEM, When I first touted the Eagle's Nest, I may have neglected to mention that all the local regulars (including me though I'm not really local) order their lobster rolls with an extra roll. Comes gratis.
We definitely need to work on that. It's a huge FUBAR situation just waiting to happen. ( ever played Dominoes?!)Yes There are 3 rows there Not quite blue angles formation
Me too. Maybe I'll get one during the covered bridges ride weekend.Dang it I wanted to try a lobster roll while we were up there. I guess we'll have to make another trip plan.
The Eagle's Nest is in Brewer, Maine, which is the sister "city" of (just across the Penobscott river from) Bangor (pronounced Broo-ah and Bang-ah).Me too. I'd never heard a genuine Maine accent before meeting Mr. & Mrs Bluejag at dinner on Saturday night. It's an excellent accent! The Eagle's Nest is in Brewer, Maine, which is the sister "city" of (just across the Penobscott river from) Bangor (pronounced Broo-ah and Bang-ah).
Well, the same is true of any FJR gathering. I am a cheap skate and like to camp, but I learned after my first FJR group ride, the WV ramble in 2006, that it is always more fun to stay where the rest of the group is staying.Next year I have to save more money and stay at the motel with the group. It looks like I missed most of the fun!
