Who is riding down to TWN Memorial ride

I booked a room at the Holiday Inn yesterday for Friday and Saturday nights. They said there were only a couple of rooms left.

What time are you starting out on Friday??

looks like Hycle, Nightshine, Highlander and myself are heading down 101. The return route and time is optional for some of us??

Anyone else agree with this route for heading down to SB?? we have plenty of time to finalize this, I am trying to bring this thread current.

so far I know Nghtshine and myself can meet up in Gilroy Friday... and yes we will ride this in one day....

If you stayed in Gilroy (by 152 or ?) Thursday night.. we could get you on the way by.. PM me if this works for you. I am about 20 mins from there and we

could do diner Thursday night??

+ I hope to get out of Reno early Friday AM

is the gilroy group doing 101/Salinas? or 25/Hollister?. Me thinks if I cut over, I may do it at Hollister and go down 25 ....haven't done this route in so looong that I can't remember it at all (any good?)

Me thinks Gilory is way too much PIA on a Friday morning (for me)

This is my tentative plan .....if anyone has suggestions, warnings, ...and or wants to blister some tarmac with me ....please chime in.

....and as far as coming home ...I hope to make that a bit more adventuresome

Terri and I will leave Dixon about 9am when RogDeb calls. We will meet them at Flag City Shell station at Interstate 5 and Highway 12. Then head down 5 to 152 and over to Gilroy for lunch about noon. See you all at the Black Bear Diner, save us a table.

RJ - there are some twistier roads to be had south of 25/198. Not sure if you want the extra time/miles etc. but Peach Tree to Indian Valley or over the lakeside route. Screw it, RJ, I'll send you the Mapsource route to your raiders-can't-ever-win website! :****:
