I have installed a Cee-Baily windshield. I believe its one of the tallest models they offer, it has a reverse curve. When the window stows after a ride, I will hear an audible grown just before it makes its final position. I believe the windshield hardware is secure, at least as much as it can be since it's plastic screws. When I add clamping pressure, (with my hand) to the lower end of the windshield and maintain this pressure as it articulates down I do not hear this sound. I don't hear any sounds when it articulates up into all positions. I believe it may be the hardware can't secure the windshield enough to keep it clamped tight enough. The other thought is it could be the motor, but this FJR has very few miles at 4900.
Anybody else experience this noise? Outcome?
thanks
