Hello all,
Need a new radiator for my gen 1 2003. My original is beat. I have it out while installing new exhaust so now is a good time to replace. By any remote chance if someone has a radiator they would like to sell that is in good to excellent shape please let me know. I'm in Sebastopol California zip 95472.
Thank you!
Jay

I ordered a chinese one a couple years ago for my 03. Fit is bang on. I believe it was from Ebay.

I see 3 gen1 OEM units on ebay right now.... USA sellers, prices from $50 to $250 (of course, the $50 unit is East Coast w/minor damage) but the other 2 are right here in Nor Cal. If you decide to go used, you can have your local rad shop check it over for leaks, pressure test etc. I used these guys for both my FJR and ST1100 in the past (one bent, one general test/cleanup): https://www.motorcycleradiators.com

Mr. BR ('05 FJR)

I have 2 for sale, one off my 04 and one I bought "just in case". The original has some dents from Montana hail, the other is used, but never on a bike of mine. Assume it doesn't leak, but never tested. 50 for the original, 75 for the backup, plus shipping.

Thank you for the reply and info Mr. BR. I checked e-bay again, must have missed those.

As in, the aluminum version? I've seen a bunch of those for sale, but seem to recall reading some folks weren't happy with the fit.
I remember a few with fit problems with the Gen II version but don't recall Gen I issues. (Doesn't mean there weren't problems)

I might be interested in one of those.
