Subject: Closure of SCIF Latrine

ALCON,

In regards to last email that the SCIF latrine will be closed from

today to 20 July. Please refrain from using the latrine...someone just

forced their way into the latrine and used it while the SEABEES were

underneath fixing the plumbing...needless to say it was a nasty

surprise. Just let me say again that the latrine is closed until 1800, 20 July. Thank you.
