Ah, My Darling Tyler, as if you didn't have enough travails from the bloody English in the form of that ****** Fairlaner; this's an excerpt of a Fellow Fenians e-mail today:

"...and beemerdons PM'd me, expressing concern, Tyler, that you and barb

will need more help, as there'll be an awful lot of cooking, cleaning,

and beer-fetching to be done."

........If ANY one thinks I am doing any pink jobs on this trip, they are sorely mistaken

Tell Old Michael to bring Bokerfork along if he needs a maid

:)

Daddy, "what's a pink job?" Is that like housecleaning or sumpin?
Jeezus, Opie...
Mark, I will try to get you and ShinyPartsUp on a conference call tomorrow at 9am Central Time; I might as well bring You and McNamara up to speed at the same time, cuts down on my phone bill!
Don, you've got your work cut out for you... good luck!
I thought barb was going to come out with a glossary of common forum usage. She really should give it up...

Should answer most of your questions. :D

Slainte Miss Tyler, I have a question, but I wish to preface it with a statement: I am not totally damned helpless like WheatonFJR, nor am I a fecking whiner like Richard!

Do you know, without having to lift a pretty little finger, the cancellation policies of the Vagabond Inn in Santa Clara, the Bodega Coast Inn in Guerneville; and, perhaps do you know the cancellation policies of the Fortuna hotel that you booked (out of the three lodgings that are available!)???

Now: If you are thinking aloud: "Call them yourself you fat Irish thug", then of course I would do so. I am certainly not as worthless as teats on a boar hog like Wheatie or a bloody arrogant snot like Fairlaner. But, if you already knew the cancellation policies, and they were favorable to me, I would book lodgings ASAP.

Regardless of the cancellation policies, please put me down for all 3 of the dinner/dancing/romancing evenings! I really do hope to attend this NorCal FJR Forum shindig!

Bodega Bay is 48 hours.

Vagabond Inn is 24 hours.

I imagine the three hotels in Fortuna would also be 24 hours as that is fairly standard in the industry.

:)

Hey Don...hope to see you there. It's not every day you can be called helpless and worthless and still call them a friend. :D
Brother Mark, I definitely plan on this! The only complication is the delivery of my new Yamaha Super Tenere to D & H in Cullman, Alabama in May. I am hoping the Tenere arrives early May, so I can make your Miss Tyler meet and get my new bike too!!!

Take heart, at least you're not "Uber Annoying". My game plan in the Tenere pickup is to have Jerold of D & H do the 1K mile service before I leave AL. So, I've cooked up a plan with The Manatee Molester RadioHowie and wfooshee meeting them in Panama City, Florida. 500 miles down to Panama City, dinner with Steve and Walt, and then 500 miles back to Birmingham to tour the Barber Motorcycle Museum. Then Jerold does the 1K service, then to Stillwater, Oklahoma to visit Petey, then back to Arizona!

I'm just not certain if I can handle spending the night in FL with someone as "Uber Annoying" as RadioHowie though! Even though Seth and I had dinner with RadioHowie at an Irish Pub at Disney Boardwalk last March; he was only "Annoying" last Spring!
