I have Avons on it now. Front is OK, back needs replacing. I found an Avon AV50-SP in the same size and rating as what is on it now. Just wondering what the difference in SP and ST tires are. Thanks Mark

Ditto on what others have said. When I first got my 03 I had the same problem. I added grip puppies and heli risers and that helped. It came with a throttle lock and that helped. But what helped the most was just riding the bike, building confidence. Then I was able to relax my death grip...

When I first got my bike I had the same type of problem. I found that when I shifted the previous time I was not allowing the shift lever to return to it's neutral position. When I started making sure I was releasing it completely the problem stopped. Hope it is something this simple. Mark
