Got the Racing stripes on my 07. Love them. Don't care for the bag stripes. Getting way to busy. Leave the bags alone.

My Yamaha touring windshield did not come with one either. I just put it on without and haven't had any problems yet. About 500 miles on it.

Trek Madonne 5.2 here also. Put a little over 10000 miles on her (the bike) last year. My wife and I both ride at least 5 days a week. Great exercise and a good way to spend time together.

For what it is worth. The service manual says the stock 07 horns are 108-116db @ 6.6 ft

+1 Driving the centerstand down into the ground with the big muscles in your leg is the key. Pulling up with your hand only assists the leg.

I just got off the phone with Mike at U Motors. Easy to work with and great prices. I ordered the Yamaha Touring windshield. About $95 to my front door.

Whatever you like is good. I think the "skulls" are kind of a "Jesse James" cruiser thing. A one off paint job is a cool idea. Good luck.
