I have done it from time to time on my previous bike...it was straight as an arrow. My FJR starts going left within seconds. What could be the cause of that?

I guess my next question would be...if you are riding along a 65 mph and hit a bird is the windshield going to end up coming off into your face?

I noticed one missing on my used 2005 so I went to tighten the rest and broke one. I was shocked to find out they were plastic. Can they be replace with steel?

Has anyone put headphones in a RF1000 before? I have a Starcom and am looking for ideas because I am struggling with it. The speakers seem to be too big to fit in the ear hole.

I am looking to add a 12v socket to my bike to use for charging my cell phone or to power a GPS someday(If I get one). Is it ok to run this straight to the battery instead of using a relay, block, etc...? I also have a Starcom1 ran straight to the battery. Is there any problems with doing...

I am going to try this mod. I contacted Spencer and this is what he had to say... For your FJR the typical riders seat modifications are correction of the seats angle to provide a more neutral position with less of a forward slant to the tank, creation of an actual supportive seating "pocket"...

I have had a Corbin on my last two bikes and had good luck with them. Did a 1400 mile trip on one without problems. I have one for my FJR now and I'm not sure I like the riding position with it on...seems the seat sits me farther away from the bars and I'm having upper back pain I never with...
