I don't have a welder, if I did this would be a non-issue. I'll probably go the stud route at this point. I am adding on to the throttle stop to get a nice linear non-binding pull. It seems most people who struggle with the Rostra, is either the VSS signal or a poor pull on the throttle.

I am doing a cruise control install, I drilled and tap the throttle stop for a fastener, the fastener interferes with the throttle cable in the full open position. My options are. -Elongate the hole which will destroy the tap. -Replace the cam and try again. -Fill with epoxy and try again...

Finally got some shop time. Installed the PAIR Block off plates and started the Rostra Cruise install. The Rostra install is all about planning. Getting there.
