I just finished installing the extenders. They look excellent and fit perfectly. If you run the DL handguards I would highly recommend you sign up for a pair of these.

If this works we're gonna need to get a seal driver/shim kit circulating.

I think this might work. According to the pic of the brg retainer/seal near the bottom of this page, the seal could be shimmed out to avoid the worn area.

I'll bet dollars to donuts the groove is due to wear. I've machined countless replacement shafts from samples and drawings over the decades and I've never seen a seal surface that was grooved on purpose.

The stockers weigh a little over 100g. My scale doesn't have the capacity to weigh the ss parts but I would estimate they weigh around double that.

You would need the ones for guards previously modded to fit the stock barends. The groove is bigger in diameter. Those p/n's are for DL1000 guards.

How does $35/set shipped sound? Like the post said, I have them for modded and unmodded guards.

Loosening the clutch lever perch and sliding it a little to the left worked for me. I have the grooved barends made up for previously modded hand guards. Are you using the DL1000 or DL650 guards?

Anyone use the Tourmaster Synergy gloves? It seems like I'll have to shell out $250+ for a Gerbings setup and these are around $150 with built in controller and on/off switch. I guess I'll stop by the Gerbings booth at IMS and confirm exactly what I need.

I mounted mine to the front of the glovebox facing inward. Not the most convenient location but away from the elements. BTW, the Ram Bone is the best farkle I've installed so far. I use it for video.
