Yes they should. If mine goes out on me and I have to go for several weeks without a fix thats gonna be brutal...Surely the dealers can do some research and hunt the part down for you through other yamaha dealers that may be overstocked?

A friend of mine has a set of wheels and tires for sale. I think the wheels are 15" The tires are 33 x 12.50. Reasonably priced at $600.00 I am wondering if they will rub in the front without "lifting" the truck.

They're there, keep looking :lol: . They are hard to see when there's a lot of tread left on the tire. +1 Look for the letters (TWI) near the sidewall then start looking toward the center of the tire. Piece of cake.

I installed my starcom under the seat about 8 months ago. I have a blue tooth module and an mp3 plugged in it. After I installed it I got pretty rough with the connectors (yanking, pulling, twisting) to see if I could get some static. And Nothing. All connections are tight after 4200 miles...

If it is real bad mine goes in the kitchen sing with a squirt of diswashing liquid. Then a shot of plexus to polish it.

I'm a firefighter so I work the 24 on 48 off schedule. I've got about a 65 mile trip to work but it is only about 3 times a week. Bought the bike on May 31 and have about 3500 miles on it. Don't like to ride in the rain, but I can handle the cool mornings (so far).

I ride to work most mornings on my new FJR. It's about 1.5 hour commute. I am thinking of buying a heated riding suit for this winter. Does anybody have one that they suggest.

I just bought the starcom 1 advance from Jeff (sportbikeeffects.com) and I am very pleased with the sound quality through my mp3 player. I am using etymotic er6i earbuds. You can't tell its playing through an intercom at all. I think your proabably right in that the autocom is the weak link.

I may have to try the same thing because the headsets that are included with the Starcom suck. I'm not looking for audiophile quality anything, I just don't want it to sound like the AM transistor radio I had when I was 6. When Michelle is talking to me she sounds like she is speaking from...

I bought mine last week and the owner of the dealership lost my toolkit also. He transferred the bike from another one of his dealerships. Also lost the owners manual. He said that he would ship them to me in 30 days or less.
