Coming down to the wire. Any of you fence sitters going to jump in?? Just have to get new tires mounted and I will be ready to go. Was up in the mountains around Bridgewater, VA Saturday. Not a whole lot of color, so things may be looking good for this weekend.
I bet high elevations are lookin good. I'd asked some people on ST.net how it's looking. I hear colors have started popping in a lot of the area. I think we'll be fine where that's concerned. & you may go ahead & take Jay off the list. He cannot go this year.

Sounds good to me, as long as I won't be offending anyone if I stop for picture opportunities. Should be great color west of Monterey, VA, and the Highland Scenic Highway should be looking good, too. Let me know when and where.
I'll come by before dark- this is the time of year the forest rats become more active; I try not to be out past dusk, especially in an area that has as many as WV.
