An '05 with 14,800 miles. I replaced the stock battery with a new Wesco last week ONLY because the dealer suspected it was the reason for another issue she's having. As I suspected, it did not change a thing.

The 4 year old stock battery was working fine!

Just received a new Westco from SportBikeEffects to replace the original one in my '03, which hasn't died, but is slow to crank over. Figured as it was pushing the 7-year mark (July '02) it was time.

Got 4 years and 40K miles on my '04 original. Have 20 months and 11K on my replacement WestCo so far and all is well. Mostly 'tended in the winter.

+1 Jeff at Bike Effects.

A big No Doo Doo on bringing in all the batteries for the winter. Can't tell you how many I've lost, including

AGM's in classic cars stored for 6 mos. 4000' elevation and cold winters eat batteries like Halloween candy.

Tenders may help, but bringing them indoors works miracles.
