In all likelihood, I'll be staying at naskie's house on Friday night in Commerce Twp, and then we'll ride down in the morning. You're welcome to ride down with us.Hello all,
As a new-ish owner of a 2014A (last april), I'd be interested in riding down and meeting up with a bunch of fellow owners. Probably be staying in Troy MI on friday night, then tooling down and hanging out / camping / hotelling saturday night, drive back sunday.
I only have an oil change to worry about, but it'd be snazzy to meet a bunch of y'all.
Do you have the Fuzeblock installed already? Should be a piece of cake either way. I'd suggest some solder on the ends of the wires going in to the Fuzeblock. Should give the screw terminals a little more bite. Mine came out so I'll be doing that as well. I'll have my soldering iron with me.I am interested in getting help wiring up a Zumo 590LM through a Fuse Block. New to working on the bike and really don't have the garage or tools in my living situation. Will bring parts. Thanks.
C'mon down - you'll see parts of the FJR that rarely see the light of day. If you wanna do an erl change, we can knock that out with no problem. Depending on your erl of choice, we can source it locally. Same for your erl filter of choice.Hello all,

It depends on when I get out of work on Friday and what the weather looks like. I'm not a fan of riding at night. It's about a 5 hour trip for me, so I'm thinking I'd have to be on the road by 3:30 to justify a Friday night arrival.

I have a set of LR4 LEDRider lights, a brand new set of Gen II Wynpro brackets and a brand new Skene IQ175 Lighting Controller, that I'll bring with me if someone is interested in buy them.
Since you mentioned the Skene controller...I have a set of LR4 LEDRider lights, a brand new set of Gen II Wynpro brackets and a brand new Skene IQ175 Lighting Controller, that I'll bring with me if someone is interested in buy them.
Andy, I don't think that all LED lights are dimmable...but what the hell do I know.Since you mentioned the Skene controller...I have a set of LR4 LEDRider lights, a brand new set of Gen II Wynpro brackets and a brand new Skene IQ175 Lighting Controller, that I'll bring with me if someone is interested in buy them.
Question: are all LED lights dimmable via a pulse width modulator? The Rigid lights I have on my bike are, according to Rigid, not dimmable. I have a PWM that I would like to wire in for some added lighting flexibility, but I won't wanna let the smoke outta my lights, ya know?
What do you want for them?I have a set of LR4 LEDRider lights, a brand new set of Gen II Wynpro brackets and a brand new Skene IQ175 Lighting Controller, that I'll bring with me if someone is interested in buy them.
I will be bringing the new Fuse Block with me, and need it wired in. Either arriving Friday afternoon, or late morning Saturday. Will likely get hotel. For anyone who wants to do a valve check: GET HERE FRIDAY! The engine needs to be cold.
If'n there's work being done on your bike, STICK BY YOUR BIKE 'TIL IT'S DONE! You just may learn something.

ETA: Since Tim mentioned "hotel," if anyone would prefer to stay at a hotel, we do have a few in our little city of Marysville:
Hampton Inn (from what my BIL has told me, they have some "interesting" options at breakfast, thanks to the presence of Honda)

Comfort Inn
Holiday Inn Express
