No prob James, I understand. A company doesn't last long losing money, thats for sure. I've decided not to buy anything, from anyone, at least for a while, till I decide what it is I really want, the market has sorted out the discontinues and new intro's, and I can afford to buy it. It's almost time to put Frank down for the winter anyway, so it's not like the need is immediate.

The Palo Alto store is open at 10 AM and Rick comes in at 11 AM PST, so try calling after 11AM and you should get a hold of him. Sorry, my BAD, the correct phone number is 650-328-8832 and the other number is 408-298-8188 which is the San Jose store!

Unless you have a sound business reason for being open all night, such as a crack/meth dealer that often gets lost, or an insomniac special, perhaps my corrections will help.............
